Report a result that looks wrong
- Include the page URL and location name, plus coordinates if available.
- State the calendar date, lookback period, and time-of-day panel you used.
- Identify the field and its unit: rainfall in millimetres, temperature in degrees, or wind speed, for example.
- Describe the expected result and link the comparison source, including its station, date, and time zone.
- Attach a screenshot with personal information removed if the interface itself is the problem.
A difference between a station reading and a gridded archive is not automatically an error. Elevation, exposure, daily boundaries, and precipitation timing may differ. A reproducible report helps separate a display problem from a source or interpretation difference. Do not send passwords, login tokens, or precise home addresses.
Privacy and account questions
Explain the information or account feature involved and the action you are requesting. Do not include your password. Clearing browser storage affects local history and preferences but does not remove account records or server analytics. See the privacy notice for the distinction. Requests may require identity verification; this page does not promise an unverified deletion workflow or a fixed completion time.
